Refund / Cancellation Policy
At SehatYab, we are dedicated to ensuring a flexible and understanding service environment. This policy is designed to provide clear guidelines on cancellations and refunds while respecting the commitments of both our clients and our specialists. Effective Date: January 1, 2025
1. Audio/Video Consultations
- Prepayment: Clients must pay in advance via Easypaisa, JazzCash, bank transfer, or credit/debit card.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are permitted up to 12 hours before the scheduled consultation time for a full refund. Cancellations within 12 hours do not qualify for a refund.
- Rescheduling: Clients can reschedule their appointment up to 2 hours before the consultation time in cases of emergencies. This option is voided if the client fails to show up for two appointments, and the sessions will then be marked as used.
- No-Show Policy: A first no-show or delay of more than 10 minutes incurs a 25% penalty, with the remaining 75% credited towards the next appointment.
2. Text Chat Consultations
- Payment Terms: Clients pay in advance for sessions lasting 10 days, a month, or three months.
- Refund and Transfer Policy: If clients are dissatisfied within the first 3 days of service, they can request a full refund or transfer their subscription to another psychologist.
- Subscription Management: Subscription adjustments can be made through customer services, which is available 24/7 to assist with any changes or concerns.
3. Session Packages
- Flexible Packages: Clients may purchase packages of 3, 6, or 10 sessions which can be refunded or reassigned to another clinician before any sessions are used.
- Satisfaction Guarantee: If a client is dissatisfied after beginning their sessions, they can switch to another clinician. The used sessions will be prorated against the total cost, and any remaining balance will be adjusted accordingly.
4. Refunds
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 3 to 4 working days and will be credited back to the client’s bank account, only to Pakistani bank accounts. International customers must nominate a local bank account as SehatYab does not have the facility to make foreign transfers.
- Method of Refund: All refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise requested by the client. An email must be sent mentioning the reason for the refund and the nominated bank account.
5. General Terms
- Communication: Clients are encouraged to communicate any issues or concerns as soon as they arise. SehatYab is committed to ensuring client satisfaction and will make every effort to resolve disputes amicably.
- Contact Information: Clients should use the official communication channels provided on SehatYab’s website for cancellations, rescheduling, or complaints.
