While many of us are of the view that habits are there to stay forever, well they are not. The best thing is that with the right frame of mind and some determination, you can break your bad habits. It does not happen overnight, it takes a lot of effort, however, it isn\u2019t impossible either.<\/p>\n<p>Here are 5 tips to break bad habits.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Set Small, Realistic Milestones <\/strong>\u2013 As they say, think big start small, start with small things by setting realistic goals.
