Water is miraculous; after all our bodies are made up of 70% water. It flushes toxins out of your body, keeps you hydrated, alert and healthy. The amount of water normally recommended to drink per day is around 6-8 glasses full, however, everybody is different and this number may vary. Eating large quantities of food at once causes much of your body\u2019s energy to flow to digestion, which contributes to fatigue. Regular exercise keeps your body healthy and your muscles strong. It can also help relieve stress, which is actually a cause for tiredness and fatigue as well. So in turn by relieving stress, exercise is preventing fatigue.
