Mein next 2 mah mein Shadi karne wala hon.
Sab kuch theek chal raha hai.
Magar pata nai kun mujhe bad ki life ko soch ke depression sa feel hota hai.
Ase lagta he ke mein abi is ke lay complete Ready nai hon

Aapka ehsaas bilkul natural hai, kyun ke shaadi ek bara aur zindagi badalne wala step hai. Is waqt aap jo feel kar rahe hain, woh uncertainty aur future ke liye anxiety ka result ho sakta hai. Yeh zaroori nahi ke aap "perfectly ready" hon, sab ko apne new responsibilities aur life ke changes ko adjust karne mein time lagta hai. 

Aap apne emotions ko samajhne ki koshish karein aur apne partner ke saath khul kar baat karein. Shaadi se pehle apni expectations aur concerns discuss karna behtareen hota hai. Agar aapko lagta hai ke yeh anxiety aapko zyada disturb kar rahi hai, toh therapist se guidance lena madadgar ho sakta hai.

Yeh kuch aur tips hain jo aapko shaadi se pehle apni feelings ko manage karne mein madad de sakti hain:

 

1.Apne feelings ko samajhne ke liye thoda waqt apne aap ko dijiye. Aap kis wajah se anxious hain, aur kis cheez se dar lag raha hai, is par sochne ki koshish karein.

2. Apne partner ke saath apne fears aur concerns share karna zaroori hai. Shaadi ek shared experience hai, aur dono ka open hona zaroori hai.

3. Agar aapko lagta hai ke aapki anxiety zyada ho rahi hai, toh apne doston ya family se baat karein, ya phir professional help lein.

4.Apne future ko soch kar ghabrahat ho sakti hai. Isliye apne present moment par focus karne ki koshish karein aur chhoti khushiyon ka lutf uthayein.

5. Shaadi ke baad jo changes ayenge, unke liye apni expectations ko realistic rakhein. Har cheez perfect nahi hoti, aur apne aap ko samajhna aur adapt karna zaroori hai.

6.Deep breathing, meditation, aur yoga jaise relaxation exercises apko mental clarity aur shanti dene mein madadgar ho sakte hain. 

Yeh tips aapko apni anxiety ko manage karne aur shaadi ke liye apne aap ko tayar karne mein madad kar sakti hain.
