Stress

stress is one of the most common mental health condition. Stress usually is the feeling of mental and physical tension or pressure. Small amount of stress can be beneficial for motivation, but if your symptoms are affecting your daily life routine then it will be considered as a problem.

If you have symptoms of stress and they are persistent then you should counslt a mental health professional.
