Assalam o allikum .This is me arooj irfan .My age is going to 19 soon.And I'm a young girl.mujhe thantophobia ha or mujhe kafi khoof ata ha jab mn death ke bare mn soochti hon or ye is wajha se bhi hota ha ke mn bhot se death suni han or ksi young ki death howi tu os ka zehn mn ajata ha or fr mn apny apko thk feel Nahi karti i feel uncomfortableor mn darti tu thi lakin phle mere sath asa nahi hota tha or ab 15 to 20 days se mere sath hona start howa achank se starting mn tu bhot zyada tha lakin bad mn mn medicine use ki thi doctor ki recommend ki howi ye phle se bhot bhtr ha lakin mn in soocho ko abhi bhi khtm nahi kar pa rahi ye phir bhi zehn mn ata rhta ha or negative thoughts aty rhty han phle panic attack ho jata tha lakin ab asa nahi ha lakin mere stomach bhot zyada disturb ho gya ha or kabhi kabhi anxiety hona shuru ho jati ha.plz ap mujhe kuch motivate karen. thanks

Ap abi b medicine ly rhi han? Sb sy phly apko ya smjhna ha ky ya sirf ak fear ha. Death tu sb ki honi hi ha lkn ksi ko b ni pta kb so os ky bary mn soch ky anxious hony sy bhtr ha jo life ha oski quality ko enhance kiya jay. Apny fear ko face kran. Esko  challange krn ky ya sirf ak fear ha q ky jitna sochain gi esko es sy anxiety increase ho gi aur kuch physical symptoms show hun gi. Tu jb ap apna belief change krn gi ky just fear ha mjy esko deal krna tu anxiety km ho jay gi phr js situation mn ho wahan apny oper focus na krn ky mera dill ghabra rha ha mjy kuch ho jay ga ....instead of this take yourself in good light ya mera fear ha mn normal hun. Hr living organism ko death ki trf jana ha its a normal process. Esky elawa apni diet healthy rkhain, social circle healthy rkhain.

Medicine mn le chuki hon or ab jase physically appear hota tha jab mujhe apni sooch ka solution nahi milta tha ab asa nahi ha but abhi bhi ye cheeze mere zehn se nahi nikl rahi mn walk bhi karti hon apna diet ka bhi khyal rakh rahi hon kyunke mn khud bhi is bare mn kafi search kiya ha lakin mn apne ap ko in soocho se door nahi kr pa rahi mn apny ap ko khush rakhny ki khoshis karti hon pr kabhi kabhi apna ap ki khushi khookli lagti ha ke dil se khush Nahi ho pati or apny ap ko zyada feel karti physically ke shaid mere dil ko kuch ho raha ha ye koi pain waghara etc.tu mn chati hon ke mn apni soocho pe control rakhon tu mn kis tarha apni soocho pe control kar sakti hon.plz tell me. Thanks

Doctor ne kha tha ke ap aik weel use karen phir ap aik martba dobara check krwaiya ga lakin aik week mn ap thk ho gy gyn tu one week ki medicine hi thi

Medicine se mujh kafi fark para ha jase weekness wo khtm howi ha body mn paina rhta tha wo bhi khtm ho gya ha bs overthinking bhot karti hon or control nahi kr pati apni soocho pe

Well . Tu phr apko ya smjhna ha ky overthinking sy just apki energies waste hoti han aur jo krny ky kam hoty han hm unko phr proper time ni dy paty so ksi b hwaly sy apko overthinking sy rokna ha khud ko. Esky liya apko chahiya ky jb b ksi hwaly sy koi gairzruei ya parishan krny wali soch ay tu bjay osko concentrate krny ky khud ko stop khna ha to divert your attention from that particular thought. Phr next step py khud ko ak positive soch dyni ha jasy ky overthinking sy mera time waste hota ha anxiety brhti ha so mjy calm rkhna ha khud ko apny kam py concentrate krna ha. Next step py jo b kam kr rhi thi ap osko focus krn through a self talk like mn kya kr rhi thi acha mn ya kam kr rhi thi ab mjy kya krna ha wgaira aisy apki attention divert hony lgy gi ya phr descending order mn counting start kr dain.

Same issue with me. Sb se pehly start hwa tha 2006 main papa ki death k sath.. Phr theak ho gya.. Phr start hwa 2017 main tb panic attacks aty rhy 0r bht ziyada preshan ho gya tha phr health ko le k preshan hwa k mai Lungs, Heart, ya kisi mozi marz main mubtala hn, br br hospital bhagta mai lakin ALLAH PAK ny karm kia apni routine ko badla to theak ho gya.....

Sb se pehly to samjha yeh bimari nhi hy 1 mushkil waqt hy esko mai ny apni Will power se khtm krna hy. Koi dawai mujhe theak nhi kr skti kiun k dawai supportive material hy so mujy kch or supportive material chahye phr

Sb se pehly Khana peena theak kia. Healthy lia jo asani se hazm ho or rozana 1 fruit khaya.. Dahi, 0r nuts, dry fruits liye

Phr Walk start ki, kiun k walk se stressive hormones release hoty hain,

phr khof ko dil se nikala.

Phr jo jo dost ya jo jo mere samny anxiety depression ka naam leta tha usko chora apni umar se ch0ty or adventures wale dost bnaye

Nahana dhona roz achy kapry pehen k khushbu laga k.. Hr us khof main kod parna jis se dar lagta tha, 

Namaz ki pabandi.. Ya kam az kam 1 namaz lazmi perhni... Ap psychologist k pass xhaly jayn wo apko yhe kahy ga k ap jo b maslak se hain us se apna taluq mazboot karen apko itna yaqeen ho jo dua ki hy mai ny wo puri ho gi.. So rat k akhri pehr Namaz perh k dua karen

Moat ka waqt muqarar hy 0r beemari ka.. So jb ani hy aa jye gi or jb waqie bimar hn gy to sath wale uthe k le jayn gy mujy.

Phr 1 book select ki rozana us k chand pages lazmi perhny hain. Chahy wo science, mazhab, kisi mutaliq koi novel hi sahi but reading.

Phr.. Forget and forgiveness.. Ye adat apnayn bhol jayn, or muaf karen

Ap ye karen... Mai ny b psychological sessions liye lakin dawa nhi khai but 4 saal hony ko aye mai theak hn abi

ALLAH PAK apko sehat o tandrust ata farmayn
