Aoa I am married since 2021. My current age is 26. I have done MPhil. From the age of 9 years I started plucking my hair from my head. Then this became my habit. Whenever I am stressed I through tantrums and feel bad after that. I run out of my house . I bang my head from walls and feel stressed out more. I fight with my husband. My condition is becoming worse with time. I have been diagnosed with OCD ( trichotillomania). I took medicine for 1 2 months when I was 18 and my habit was controlled. Now again I through huge tantrums and feel left out. Low self esteem. Can't face people . Feel depressed around people or going outdoor. Negative thoughts are always running in my mind.please help me because my marriage will be over if these things would be controlled. Currently I am on no medication. I have no child

write down your negative thoughts on the piece of paper and tear it or burn it in front of your self. this is the psychological technique which gives you relief and mind will relax through it. as you have multiple issues, it will take some time to normalize all the circumstances and issues.
you left medication according to the advice of psychiatrist or your own will?
Also do deep breathing exercise inhale through your nose and hold your breath for 4 seconds and exhale through your mouth for 3 times a day.
Do some activities that you like the most which also shifts your mind from negativity.
I left medication on my own 8 years ago took seriously only for few months as I got busy in my studies my mind was diverted and due to less sleep I had no energy to pull out my hair. But life changes now I am not that busy but now the things trigger my OCD are conflicts , disagreement and my own negative fix thoughts.
