Assalam alaikum

My eldest son is 11 years old and after my son there are two daughters aged 9 and 5 respectively.  Youngest son is 9 months old. My eldest son has stress problems. He is afraid to meet new people. He is not fond of physical games. Always angry on siblings and lazy body language. Less appetite  He sits by joining his elbows to his stomach. Always bend his foot fingers. No medical issues or any deficiencies Alhamdolillah. But always looks sad and afraid to learn new things or going to new places or meet new people. Always exaggerates the matter. Like her cheez apne uper haavi ker leta ha. Extra protective about himself. If someone got hurt or injured, he smiled or tried to hide his laugh. Scared to play with other kids. Feels difficulty in sleeping from childhood. We are really worried because people looks and say that he is not active because he becomes extra shy infront of other people. He got so angry if any sibling touches his any thing like books, stationary or any toy. Always hide his things and keeps in wardrobe, even he himself doesn't play with toys much. Lazy body language and it is becoming severebecause of Corona situation as schools are closed and kids are busy in online teaching. Less physical activity. Class fellows bully him and give him title like patlu etc. He doesn't give reaction outside but very aggressive with his own siblings.

Kindly guide me how to overcome these problems.

W.salam! All the symptoms you write here indicate behavioral and emotional problems. I must suggest please consult any psychiatrist as soon as possible because he needs proper consultation and follow up sessions to live a norml healthy and balaced life. So please do not ignor his behavior " ky bara ho ga tu thek ho jay ga" no he needs emotional support, psychological testing and counseling sessions to deal with these challanges.
