Feeling tired after waking up.. chest tightness, frustrated, anxious..plz help

Yes it's because of stress. If there is any issue that make you tense first understand the problem and then resolve it. It will reduce stress and make you comfortable. 

Organize your life to reduce everyday life stress or pressure.

Take a proper diet. Drink 8 glass of water everyday.

Maintain your social and family relation in a healthy way. Spent quality time with your family to express your feelings, your worries and happiness and also spent time with your friends. It will also make you relax and comfortable.

Exercise daily. It will make you physically and mentally relax.

Apart from it if you have any specific issue kindly discuss it so that a better solution can be suggested.
