How can i spend my whole day without any stress ? Please guide me how can i be stress free and positive thinker??

1: take healthy diet. 2: go for adequate walk daily, 1 hour maximum. 3: do mental relaxation exercise daily. 4: priortise your daily tasks or make list of everyday tasks to avoid any mess. 5: spent time with friends having positive and healthy life style. 6: think positive " its not only a sentence always try to see yourself and others in a good light". 7: spent time with your family the real strength.

You can do deep breathing exercise or listen natural sounds for relaxation. Both are available on you tube. You can also consult psychologist for more proper guidence.
