Disturbed Sleeping Pattern

Salam!
I am a 19 year old male, height 5'7 (approx.). I am a patient of uncontrolled anxiety for which I am taking medicines for a year. 

Medicines:

Day: Brolite 3 mg (half a tablet), Morcet 20 mg (one tablet), Inderal 10 mg (one tablet)

Night: Brolite 3 mg (One tablet), Inderal 10 mg (one tablet)

Now, the problem is that my sleeping pattern is very much disturbed. I can't sleep at night, and it is negatively affecting my quality of life. It feels like I am living in a different time zone.
I have come across a youtube video in which a doctor said that it is beneficial to take melatonin supplements to normalize the circadian rythm. Is it true?
Can I use this type of supplements while continuing the prescribed medicines?

If yes, what about the dosage?

Any possible interactions?

I think i suggest you earlier that you have to consult your psychiatrist for sleep disturbance. He can suggest you better as you already on medication.

G aisi koi dwai nhi ya dwai khud insan ky andar ak slahiyat ky tor py mojood hoti ha os slahiyat ko istamal krna hota ha. Osky liya apko sehat mand treekun py aml krna hota ha. Routine ky kamu mn trteeb lani hoti ha ruzana warzish krain 45 min. Pani ka istamal zyada rkhain sehat mnd gaza khain.
