Depression anxiety and ocd

I am taking antidepressants and antipsychotic for 5 years but i am unable to overcome depression, ocd and anxiety sometimes they worsen while taking medication i have also tried psychotherapy but i often remained anxious and depressed. Kindly suggest me appropriate solution to overcome these issues.

depression,anxiety agr mild and moderate level pr hon jis sy apki daily blife functioning disturb na ho tu isky ap psychologist sy madad ly sakty hain agr ye symptoms bhut severe hojayein jisb ap ki roz mara ki zindagi m kharabbi horahy tu psychiatrist sy rabta krna chaye.

apart from this ap apny life style ko betr bnayein. jis m apky sleep cycle 6 to 7 hrs , healthy diet , exercise including arerobics, yoga mindfulness exercise kerein. aur daily aik naya kam kerein jo hobbies hain jaisy book reading , cooking , painting etc. wo kam kerein jis kam k kerny sy khushi mily. these are key factors which bring positive changes into your life.

deep breathing exercise inhale breath through your nose, hold your breath ( if you have sinus or asthma issue) for 4 seconds and exhale your breath through your mouth.
do it at least 3 times a day.
this has no side effect. good for anxiety patient, relaxation exercise
