Whenever i cook food i feel like it's not good 😐  I'm suffering  from it from 1 year how can i get rid of this thought

I'm 26 married. Jb meny cooking strt k to tension  leny k waja sy anxiety hoi jus k waja sy tabyt khrb ho gai tab sy khof beth gaya hy jo nikal ni raha..jab b cooking krti hu hud ba hud khayal ajata hy k ni thk bana

Kuch b ni hy kisi ny kbi kuch ni kaha lekin ohr b dar rehta hy sadness rehti hy.. har time sadness hoti hy khushi feel ni hoti

Ya fear jo ap ny dil mn bithaya ha oski wja sy apko problem.ho rhi ha. Es fear ko face krna ho ga aisa nhi ky ap acha nhi cook krti blky hr dish ka apna taste hota ha jb b khana bnain apni effort ko acknowledge krty hoay osko taste b kran khud py bhrosa krna ho ga apko. Phr ghr mn ksi b aisy family member b taste krwain jo apko encourage krta ho os sy ya hrgizna pochain ky kasa bna blky ya pocha kran ky esky taste ko aur kasy improve kiya ja skta ha definitly agr khana acha ha tu b apko wo btain gy aur agr improve hony ki zrurt ha tu b apko hlp mily gi. Self confidence ko khud sy ak weak thought ko soch soch ky km na kran. Routine ki activities ko enjoy krain taky zindgi ka ahsas ho sadness khud km hoti jay gi. Apni hobbies ko apni routine life mn add krain taky life mn interest develop ho. Daily walk krain. Friends sy gupshup kiya krain. Positive sochain tu zindgi mn khushyan mehsos hun gi.
