I think your psychiatrist will guide you better. Ap ny ya nhi btaya ky kya pehly patient ko bipolar tha aur severity ky bad ya symptoms develop hoi? Agr aisa hoa tu severity ki wja sy pt. Psychosis mn ho ga currently. Agr phly bipolar nhi tha tu ya symptoms bipolar ki nhi han. Pt. Ki episode agr current ha enhi symptoms ky sath tu ya psychosis ha. Information that you have given is incomplete anyhow consult psychiatrist for better treatment and management.

First off all thank you so much for guiding.
I'm a student. It's my course requirement. But i can't recognised the Clint disorder. I have the report of Clint. In the report, just right down that alogia. And medicine Ap2 which is use for development of cell walls.
But Clint is showing aggressive behaviour, alogia, no facial expressions during communication, in fact he has no eye contact, Use obsessive language some time, some time his face & arm move towards back.
After death of his parents and brother he is showing such behaviour.
His delivery was also not normal. At the birth, he has jaundice symptoms. But mean cause of his condition is death of parents.
He is going to check up form PIMH LOHARE.
So can you guide me please.
Has he is schizophrenia or mood disorder??
Because PIMH has just only three disorders patients ( schizophrenia, bipolar& drug addiction).

No he is not now. But 20 August he went to hospital for check up.

History is incomplete. Did he get better with treatment? Anyhow it's psychosis you can diagnose him schizophrenia. Parents ki death recently hoi kya aur osi ky forn bad aisa hoa aur b boht sy question hoty han jo firm diagnosis ky liya required hoty han.

Ji treatment ki waja sy kafi improvement ayi ha.
Usy alomost 10 years ho gy hein. Parents ki death ky sath e esa hova tha. Kisi sy b bat na krna. Or bat krty koi b facial expressions na dena. Thora aggressive behaviour show krna.. Ye saab kuch ha.

Client ki report me alogia mentioned ha.
Jo schizophrenia or bipolar ki symptoms me aa jata

Ak symptom py disorder diagnose nhi kiya jata . It's not bipolar.
