agar is overthinking ki wajah sy apki daily life functioning, apki health ,social/occupational/academic life ya apky relationships effect ho rahay han to ap psychologist ko consult kar lain ,wo apki therapy karain gy jis ma wo sikhain gy k kis tarah ap apni thoughts ko challenge kar sakti han ,problem solving or bht sy tareeqay btain gy jis sy aap is overthinking sy chutkara paa sakti han
