Mje nind nhi ati or stomach k problems bhi bn rhy hn ..what should i do??

First of all aap medically consult kar lain, because sometimes stomach issues ki wajah sy b neend disturb ho jati ha, lkn agar koi medical issue nai ha to ap psychiatrist ko consult kar lain

overthinking can be control by self help and by the help of a professional..Firstly you should try these ,if not helpful then consult a psychologist
Overthinking ko control krny ka ak tareeqa ye ha k aap apny ap ko busy rakhain takay ap apny mind ko distract kr sakain ,secondly agr apky mind ma koi dar ya khauf bar bar aa raha ha to usko face krain ya phr problem solving k through uska solution dhundain takay apka mind relax ho jay..usky alawa third tareeqa ye ha ap apni thoughts ko challenge karain takay apko pta chaly k apki konsi thoughts right han or konsi illogical han or fourth tareeqa ye ha k aap ap time set karain apni routines ma sy like 20 mnts jis ma ap apni worries ko solve karain us time k alawa ap ny sara din us chz ko ni sochna jab b khyal ay ap ny yahi kehna ha k jo plan worry time ha us ma sochu g

Anxiety ko overcome krny k lye iska treatment krwaya jata ha ,agar symptoms severe hon or iski wajah sy apki daily life functioning effect ho rai ho to phr psychiatrists ki medicines b use karni hogi or sath psychologists sy therapy karwani hogi jis sy ap anxiety ko cope up karny ka tareeqa seekh sakain gy or apni symptoms ko manage kar sakain gy,lkn agr apki symptoms mild ya moderate level ki han to srf therapy sy b apki anxiety thk ho jay gi
