Anxiety ka sabab kai factors ho sakte hain, jaise stress, family history, brain chemistry ka imbalance, ya old traumatic experiences. Kuch log naturally zyada worry karte hain, jo unmein anxiety ke symptoms ko barhata hai. Physical health issues aur substance use bhi anxiety ko trigger kar sakte hain. Har shakhs ke liye anxiety ka sabab alag hota hai, aur is ka ilaj bhi individual needs ke hisaab se kiya jata hai.

- Isky liye kuch tips hakn jisko ap follow kar skty hain. 

- Deep breathing exercises like "4-7-8" technique ka istemal karein—4 seconds ke liye saans lein, 7 seconds ke liye rokein, aur 8 seconds mein dheere se chorain. Yeh dimagh ko calm and relax deta hai.

- Regular physical activity, jaise walk ya yoga, anxiety ko kam karne mein madadgar hoti hai.

- Agar news ya social media anxiety barhane ka sabab ban rahi ho, to in cheezon se thoda waqt door rehna behtar ho sakta hai.

- Focus on what you can control, Anxiety aksar humare assumptions aur cheezon ko control karne ki koshish se barhti hai. Ap apni energy un cheezon pe lagaayein jo unke control mein hain.

- Acchi neend anxiety ko kam karne mein madadgar hai, isliye ek fixed sleep schedule banayein aur late night screen time avoid karein.

- agar ap Caffeine consume krty hain to ye anxiety ko barha sakta hai, isliye isay limit krny ki Koshish karen.
